Our team
Behind Kompass Security are people who take their profession seriously: licensed security staff under Sec. 34a of the German Trade Regulation, many of them with us for years. We rely on fixed teams instead of changing faces, because whoever knows a property protects it better. Regular training in de-escalation, first aid and fire protection keeps our knowledge up to date.
Just as important as qualifications is attitude: friendly in manner, clear on the matter, reliable in every shift. Our employees are the face of your premises and they know it.

Licensed under § 34a GewO
Kompass Security provides guarding services on the basis of the licence pursuant to § 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO). This means: officially verified reliability, qualified staff with certified expertise and registration in the German guard register.
